Stepan Budulak was born in 2000 in the village of Pobuzke, Kirovohrad Oblast. Graduated from the Kharkiv Art School with a degree in sculpture (2015-2019), continued his undergraduate studies at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (Kyiv, 2019-2023). In his works, he uses sculpture, mainly wood and metal, as the main medium. Now lives and works in Poltava Oblast.
